Chips & Pico
Traditional Mexican street corn, slathered in a mayo based lime dressing and smothered in butter, chilies, and a sprinkle of cheese.
Au natural version of tots tossed in our house made seasoning, served with chipolte mayo and el ketchup.
Tater tots tossed in mango chipotle seasoning, smothered in house-made queso sauce, pico, radish, jalapeno, and finished with our lime crema. Then, we add in some crumbled up Sweet Chili Heat Doritos for a little extra flair. Don’t worry, we got you.
Deep-fried cauliflower mexi bites served with house-made chipotle Sriracha mayo. Non-traditional but delicious nonetheless.
We brine 1 pound of wings for 48 hours, then throw them in the fryer for a delicious crunch. We then drizzle your favourite salsa and lime crema on top and add a sprinkle of cilantro.
Salsa Verde / Salsa Roja / Pineapple Habanero / Hot Cholula
A vegetarian bowl of fun. This broth packs punch and is kicked up with avocado, tortilla chips, cilantro, and lime crema. Rich and warm with a kick of spice.
Sizzler Birria Queso Taco
Birria is a combination of beef tri tip and short rib slow cooked for 12 hours in traditional chilies and spices. It is then placed inside a double layer of tortillas and fried in chili oil with cheese. Served with a rich and delicious dipping sauce, and accompanied by beans and rice on the side. It’s a taco adventure.
Old School Hard Shell Tacos
Two house-made hard shell tacos filled with our home seasoned ground beef and topped with cheese, iceberg lettuce, pico de gallo, and lime crema. Like you had when you were a kid, just better.
Mexican Chopped Salad
Mexican chopped salad full of romaine, beans, corn, cherry tomatoes, jicama, red onion, cabbage, cilantro, avacado, and tossed in house-made pumpkin seed dressing.
Piggie Smalls Al Pastor
Traditional al pastor with a local twist. Slow-roasted pork that’s shaved off the spit, with onions, cilantro, and candied pineapple.
Cluck Norris Roasted Chicken
Pulled slow-roasted chicken sits on top of a house-made Thai style curry salsa. Finished off with pea shoots, avocado jalapeno salsa, lime crema, and topped with pico de gallo.
Mooana Carne Asada
The classic with flank steak on top of chipotle verde and finished with red onion and queso fresco.
James Pond Baja Fish Taco
Baja style beer-battered fish and slaw, topped off with chipotle Sriracha mayo and pico de gallo.
Flash Gourdon Butternut Squash
Jalapeno and honey roasted butternut squash on a bed of sikil p’ak. Topped with pea shoots and radish, then finished with a jalapeno and honey dressing.
Field Of Dreams Street Corn & Jicama

Salsa makes the world go round! These house-made flavour bombs add to the experience of any taco, burrito, or specialty dish. When you order one of our salsas or sauces, we provide them on the table for you to mix and match. Ask your server for their favourite combinations and recommendations!
Green Jaguar Avocado Jalapeno Salsa
Our mildest salsa, light and fresh. You will get a slightly creamy finish from the avocado and a very mild hint of Jalapeno.
Smokestack Lightning Salsa Roja
Traditional red sauce with a slight smokey twist. Roasted roma tomatoes ground with an aray of dried chilies, jalapeno, onion, garlic, fresh lime juice, and rock salt.
La Flama Verde Salsa Verde
Traditional green sauce that dates back to the Aztec Empire. Roasted tomatillos, serrano chili, onion, garlic, poblano, cilantro, fresh lime juice, and rock salt. This salsa will have you coming back for more.
Pineapple Hurricane Burnt Pineapple Habanero
A house favorite that brings the flavors of habanero, orange bell pepper, charred pineapple, apple vinegar, fresh lime juice, and a bit of honey.
