Time Of Availability: Limited Release

There’s nothing better than a friend, unless it’s a friend with really good wine. Lightning Rock Winery generously gifted us some of their lightly pressed Pinot Noir skins. We took these grape skins and added them into barrels of base sour beer that had been aging for over a year. The pair wedded perfectly, giving the beer a beautiful red hue and slight bitterness.
